Please note: This course must be coupled with the preventative (theory) aspects of SMG's Crisis Intervention Training program.



You should be able to finish the course in about two hours. Feel free to work at your own pace and start and stop as often as you like. If you need to log-out of the session, you'll be prompted to start from where you last ended the next time you log-in to a specific module. Each time you complete a module, simply click on the next module in the drop down menu located at the top right of the screen, or click the continue button at the bottom center of your screen. Once the final test is successfully completed (70%) you can print your certificate.
